Bag, Cartridge and High Flow Filter Housings

Our partner Fil-Trek manufactures a wide range of standard-sized ASME code (CE marked) bag housings that handle flow rates of up to 1,200 m3/h. These casings, which are also known as filter vessels, surround cartridges or bags in a liquid or gas stream. Our heavy-duty bag filter housings come in a variety of sizes and construction materials, from single to multi-bag. We also build tailor-made skid packages, duplex systems, custom perforated baskets and more for specific industrial filtration needs.

SL Series Bag Filter Housings

These are available in ASME code or a non-code industrial design.

Key Features:

• Accepts (1) single (P1) or double-length (P2) bag filter

• NSF 61 certified for SS304 and SS316 materials

• Also available in LDX2101, C276, AL6XN, RA2205 & Monel 400

• Flow rates up to 240 GPM are ideal for this model of housing

• CE marking

TL Series Bag Filter Housings

Key Features:

• Top-in, bottom-out configuration

• ASME code and non-code designed housings

• Standard design built at 150 PSIG (10.3bar) @ 400°F(204.4°C) design pressure. 275 PSIG also available

• Manufactured to accept one size 2 (P2) bag filter

• Vessels available in carbon steel, stainless steel 304 or 316

• Swing bolt closure allows for quick bag change out

• CE marking

BMB Series Multi-Bag Filter Housing

Key Features:

• Bottom-in, bottom-out nozzle configuration

• Multi-purpose industrial design non-code and ASME “U” code housings

• Accepts multiple double-length bags

• Two 1/2″ gauge ports

• 150psig (10.3bar) @ 400°F(204.4°C) design pressure

• Vessels available in carbon or stainless steel 304 or 316

• Also available in LDX2101, C276, AL6XN, RA2205 & Monel 400

• BMB housings allow for easy filter bag removal and do not require ladders or platforms to change the filter bags

• Swing bolt closure or spring assist hinge allows for quick bag change out

LP Series Multi-Bag Filter Housing

These are multi-purpose industrial ASME “U” & “UM” code and industrial design bag filter housings.

• Low-profile design

• Accepts multiple double-length (P2) filter bags

• 150psig (10.3bar) @ 400°F(204.4°C) design pressure

• Vessels are available in carbon or stainless steel 304 or 316

• NSF 61 certified for SS304 and SS316 materials
